Sometimes you are just looking for a recipe with a difference, or a crazy combination of ingredients, or something that just sounds yummy. Well I came across this one here, Apple Nachos with caramel sauce, drizzled melted chocolate, and a few other ingredients. I tried it with the boys and my lovely husband sitting at our table on the patio and picking at it, we loved it..let me know what you think!

2 Large apples
2 tbsp chopped roasted almonds
2 tbsp of chocolate chips
2 tbsp unsweetened toasted coconut
Slice apples thinly and toss in the lemon juice to stop them going brown. Arrange on a platter.
Gently warm the caramel and the Nutella seperately and drizzle on top, I used the caramel cold and warmed the nutella - lovely!
Sprinkle the rest of the toppings on top.
Best eaten immediately.
