It is our wish to offer you a Belgian chocolate experience to totally enjoy, have fun with and find delicious. At The Gourmet Chocolate Pizza Co. we are committed to providing the very best service we can. Our Commitment 

Our aim is to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, during peak periods this may take a little longer.

All our chocolate products are made in an environment that uses nuts. Allergen information and ingredient information is available for each product via the ingredients tab on each product page.


Payment is taken at the time of order, not the time of despatch. This allows us to make sure there are no last minute problems in getting your order delivered on time.  


Please note we are currently unable to process any orders for international delivery (including delivery to Ireland) that have been placed via the website. Any orders for international deliveries that are placed using this manner will be put on hold until further contact is made with the buyer to cover the correct costs for postage. 

Gift Card Messages

We reserve the right to edit any gift card message that contains offensive and/or inappropriate content.  We guarantee total privacy of any message, the message card is placed inside the packaging and cannot be read during transit.

Discount Codes and Offers

Any discounts and/or offers advertised on this site (www.gourmetchocolatepizza.co.uk) and our associated marketing outlets including (but not limited to) email newsletters, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram apply to direct customers only, unless otherwise stated for trade and corporate orders. 

All offers expire at 11:59pm on the date specified unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to withdraw / amend any offers or discounts at any time.

Discount codes can be used across the site subject to product availability, however they cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are not redeemable against our bundle deals and gift vouchers, unless otherwise stated. 

Percentage discounts are applied to basket totals excluding delivery.


From time to time we may run competitions across our social media and blog pages. These competitions are open to anyone with a UK postal address, and all winners will be notified via their entry method within 72 hours of the closing date/time.

Please note the prize for these competitions are as specified and may not be altered by the winner, unless previously agreed by us. Should the specified prize be unavailable, due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute the product for an alternative prize of a similar size and value.

The closing date for each competition will be at midnight on the date specified on the original competition post, unless otherwise stated, and we will not accept any entries after this date/time. 

Employees of The Gourmet Chocolate Pizza Co are welcome to help spread the word about any competitions, however they will not be eligible to enter the competitions themselves.

Please note any competitions that are run via social media pages are not sponsored, or endorsed by the social media platforms (i.e Twitter / Facebook / Instagram) themselves and they are in no way liable for any issues that may arise during the administration of the competition.

Returns and Cancellations

You may cancel orders at any time up to 10am on the morning of your order being collected or dispatched.  In the event that you wish to cancel please contact us on 0115 9894254, this is the preferred method as we cannot guarantee to see an email prior to despatch if sent on the same day as despatch.

We operate our terms in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Due to our products being a food item, we can not accept returns if the seal on the product is broken or damaged.  You are entitled to cancel an order without reason within 14 days of the day you received your order. 

We are unable to accept cancellations for any bespoke/design your own products, or personalised products.  Please contact us before returning a product on 0115 9894254 or email us at customerservice@gourmetchocolatepizza.co.uk first. Should you wish to cancel an order and receive a full refund, you must confirm this in writing first and return the item to us.

Please be aware that you are liable for the cost of the return of the item, we recommend that proof of postage is obtained when sending.  We are only able to refund for items received back by us, we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights.
