We have been made aware that some Royal Mail deliveries are still taking longer than expected to arrive, due to resourcing issues when local delivery offices are required to self-isolate.
Unfortunately, this is something that is out of our control, but if you have any concerns about delayed parcels, please don't hesitate to contact us either by phone, email using our Contact Form or via our social media channels (search for us using the term gourmet chocolate pizza) and we will endeavour to get back to you as quickly as possible.
Whilst every effort will be made to continue to supply and deliver your gifts on time, if there should be any reason where this is not possible we will, of course, keep you updated where possible regarding any unforeseen delays.

When ordering online please check the date you choose for delivery carefully to suit your needs.
Directly after completing your order and payment made, an order confirmation will be sent to you by email. Please check this to see that the delivery address is correct and the delivery date is as requested.
Incomplete or Inaccurate Addresses:
We will attempt delivery to an address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable.
If you are unsure of an address or postcode please check it using the postcode finder or call our Customer Service Team for assistance.
We accept most major credit and debit cards via secure payment methods using WorldPay and Paypal.
National delivery is available to most UK mainland destinations. For international delivery (including delivery to Ireland) please contact us directly.
Please be aware that if the delivery is to a military base, port, hospital or university, we cannot guarantee your gift will reach your recipient directly due to the individual establishment's delivery policies.
UK Standard Delivery time is an estimated 2-5 working days via Royal Mail, however please note this may fluctuate due to regional staffing levels and seasonal demand.
If no one is available to accept the delivery, your parcel may be left with a neighbour and a calling card notifying you of this, or if it has been returned to the sorting office, you will be advised to arrange re-delivery or collection from a local sorting office.
Our chocolate pizzas have a long shelf life allowing you to use our standard service and take delivery in plenty of time before a particular date to avoid disappointment.
UK Next / Named Day delivery service is available Mon-Fri subject to the dates on the availability calendar.
Please see the availability calendar on the checkout pages to ensure we can deliver your parcel on time. If your preferred date is unavailable on the calendar, please feel free to contact us directly on 0115 989 4254 to see if we can accommodate you.
Delivery time is next working day following dispatch via DPD couriers and will usually be between 8am and 8pm. An email will be sent directly to you from DPD to confirm the delivery date and/or time. If no one is available to accept the delivery, the driver may choose to leave your item with a neighbour and should leave a calling card notifying you of this.
Alternatively, DPD may return the parcel back to their delivery depot until further contact is made with the recipient. In this instance, DPD can be contacted via the calling card to arrange a more suitable date for delivery.
During peak times, such as the run up to Christmas, DPD may withdraw their redelivery service, to ensure they can continue to serve as many customers as possible. Please ensure your delivery preferences are up-to-date using the DPD app to arrange a suitable alternative, such as a collection from your local pick up point, if a home delivery is missed.
If you wish to change a delivery address after dispatch, this is possible however if it is to a different post code area to the original delivery address, there will be an additional charge for this.
If DPD are unable to deliver your parcel, and are unsuccessful making susbequent contact with you, the parcel will be returned to ourselves. In this event, if you wish the parcel to be sent out again, there will be a new additional delivery charge incurred.
Please note, we have been advised that some of our customers have received their parcels earlier than expected, recently. We dispatch all our courier parcels in good faith based on next working day delivery, however for parcels dispatched on Fridays, DPD may decide to deliver your parcel earlier over the weekend to ensure your gift arrives in plenty of time. This is very much down to their discretion and may depend on their current staffing levels in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Quotes for international deliveries are available upon request. Please note we are unable to process any orders for international delivery that have been placed via the website. Any orders for international deliveries that are placed using this manner will be put on hold until further contact is made with the buyer to cover the correct costs for postage.

You may cancel orders at any time up to 10am on the morning of your order being collected or dispatched. In the event that you wish to cancel please contact us on 0115 989 4254, this is the preferred method as we cannot guarantee to see an email prior to dispatch if sent on the same day as dispatch.
We operate our terms in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Due to our products being a food item, we can not accept returns if the seal on the product is broken or damaged. You are entitled to cancel an order without reason within 14 days of the day you received your order.
We are unable to accept cancellations for any bespoke/design your own products, or personalised products. Please contact us before returning a product on 0115 989 4254 or email us at email@example.com first. Should you wish to cancel an order and receive a full refund, you must confirm this in writing first and return the item to us.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please don’t worry. We guarantee we’ll immediately put it right for you, upon receipt of images – Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please be aware that you are liable for the cost of the return of the item, we recommend that proof of postage is obtained when sending. We are only able to refund for items received back by us, we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights.
