During the hot weather, please rest assured that we are taking precautions to ensure your chocolates reach you in one piece.
All our chocolate pizzas and gifts are either made directly to order or stored in our temperature controlled factory prior to dispatch to limit the amount of heat exposure they are subjected to.
Furthermore, we dispatch all our products late in the afternoon to try and further reduce this risk.
If, however, on the rare occasion you find your pizza or gift has not arrived intact, then please don't hesitate to contact us via the phone on 0115 989 4254 or via email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily rectify this for you.
We are now in a position we're we are able to reduce our lead times back down to their normal 24-48 hours turnaround. Please see the delivery options on checkout for our latest estimated dispatch dates.
Please be aware that Royal Mail are now taking up to 10 working days to deliver first class parcels in some areas, however the majority of parcels are still being delivered within their usual advertised time frames.
Unfortunately this is something that is out of our control, but if you have any concerns about delayed parcels, please don't hesitate to contact us either by phone, email using our Contact Form or via our social media channels (search for us using the term gourmet chocolate pizza) and we will endeavour to get back to you as quickly as possible.
Whilst every effort will be made to continue to supply and deliver your gifts on time, if there should be any reason where this is not possible we will, of course, keep you updated where possible regarding any unforeseen delays.

Directly after completing your order and payment made, an order confirmation will be sent to you by email. Please check this to see that the delivery address is correct and the delivery date as requested.
Incomplete or Inaccurate Addresses:
We will attempt delivery to an address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable.
If you are unsure of an address or postcode please check it using the postcode finder or call our Customer Service Team for assistance.
We accept most major credit and debit cards via secure payment methods using WorldPay and Paypal.
National delivery is available to most UK mainland destinations. For international delivery (including delivery to Ireland) please contact us directly.
Please be aware that if the delivery is to a military base, hospital or university, we cannot guarantee your gift will reach your recipient directly due to the individual establishment's delivery policies.
UK Standard delivery orders are currently being dispatched within 48 working hours of the order being placed. Delivery time is an estimated 2-5 working days via Royal Mail, however please note this may fluctuate due to regional staffing levels and seasonal demand.
If no one is available to accept the delivery a calling card will be left to arrange re-delivery or collection from a local sorting office.
Our chocolate pizzas have a long shelf life allowing you to use our standard service and take delivery a few days before a particular date to avoid disappointment.
UK Next Day delivery service is available Mon-Fri for orders placed before our 2pm cut off.
Please see the availability calendar on the checkout pages to ensure we can deliver your parcel on time. If your preferred date is unavailable on the calendar, please feel free to contact us directly on 0115 989 4254 to see if we can accommodate you.
Delivery time is next working day following dispatch via DPD couriers and will usually be between 8am and 6pm. An email will be sent directly to you from DPD to confirm the delivery date and/or time. If no one is available to accept the delivery a calling card will be left and re-delivery will be attempted the next working day.
Alternatively, DPD can be contacted via the calling card to arrange a more suitable date. If you wish to change a delivery address after despatch, this is possible however if it is to a different post code area to the original delivery address, there will be an additional charge for this.
If no one is available on the second attempt, the parcel will be returned to ourselves. In this event if you wish the parcel to be sent out again, there will be a new additional delivery charge incurred. Courier deliveries are made any time during the day - usually between 8am and 6pm, for this reason please consider if a work address for delivery may be better than a home address.
Please note we do not make deliveries on a Saturday.
