When ordering online please check the date you choose for delivery carefully to suit your needs. 

Directly after completing your order and payment made, an order confirmation will be sent to you by email.  Please check this to see that the delivery address is correct and the delivery date is as requested. 

Please be aware  that if you select Standard Delivery there is no option to select a delivery date. This option is a 1-2 working day service and an exact date can not be given for delivery. Please note this is not a guaranteed service but a time guide line.

Incomplete or Inaccurate Addresses:

We will attempt delivery to an address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable.

If you are unsure of an address or postcode please check it using the postcode finder or call our Customer Service Team for assistance. 


We accept most major credit and debit cards via secure payment methods using TYL NatWest and Paypal.


National delivery is available to most UK mainland destinations. For international delivery (including delivery to Ireland) please contact us directly.

Please be aware that if the delivery is to a military base, port, hospital or university, we cannot guarantee your gift will reach your recipient directly due to the individual establishment's delivery policies. 


UK Standard Delivery time is an estimated 1-2 working days, however please note this may fluctuate due to regional staffing levels and seasonal demand. Our chosen standard service provider is Yodel.

If no one is available to accept the delivery, your parcel may be left with a neighbour and a calling card/email notifying you of this, or if it has been returned to the depot, you will be advised to arrange re-delivery or collection from a local depot.

Our chocolate pizzas have a long shelf life allowing you to use our standard service and take delivery in plenty of time before a particular date to avoid disappointment.

UK Next / Named Day delivery service is available Mon-Fri subject to the dates on the availability calendar. Our chosen courier service is provided by DPD.

Please see the availability calendar on the checkout pages to ensure we can deliver your parcel on time. If your preferred date is unavailable on the calendar, please feel free to contact us directly on 0115 989 4254 to see if we can accommodate you.

Delivery time is usually between 8am and 8pm, the next working day following dispatch via couriers (Mon-Fri). An email will be sent directly to you from the postal service used to confirm the delivery date and/or time. If no one is available to accept the delivery, the driver may choose to leave your item with a neighbour, or take your parcel to a local pick up point. They should leave a calling card or send you an email to notifying you of this. 

Alternatively, our delivery partners may return the parcel back to their delivery depot until further contact is made with the recipient. In this instance, they can be contacted via the calling card or email to arrange a more suitable date for delivery. 

During peak times, such as the run up to Christmas, our delivery partners may withdraw their redelivery service, to ensure they can continue to serve as many customers as possible. When you receive the email from our delivery partners, please ensure that, if no one is home to receive the parcel, your delivery preferences are up-to-date  or you can arrange a suitable alternative, such as a collection from your local pick up point, if a home delivery is missed.

If you wish to change a delivery address after dispatch, this is possible however if it is to a different post code area to the original delivery address, there will be an additional charge for this. This can be done by contacting our delivery partners directly using the details on the email received from them.

If our delivery partners are unable to deliver your parcel, and are unsuccessful making susbequent contact with you, the parcel will be returned to ourselves. In this event, if you wish the parcel to be sent out again, there will be a new additional delivery charge incurred.

Please note, we have been advised that some of our customers have experienced some delays or early weekend deliveries by our courier delivery partners. We dispatch all our courier parcels in good faith based on your requested delivery date, however there may be times where they need to readjust your delivery date due to staffing levels and to accommodate seasonal fluctuations in demand. This is something that is out of our control and on the rare occasion this happens to you, we advise you to check your emails for further information. This email will give you information about your options for changing the delivery date or to give additional instructions. Please be advised that if your parcel is already on route for delivery, we do not guarantee that the driver will receive updated instructions while on route and therefore will be unable to act on them.

International Delivery

Quotes for international deliveries are available upon request and are dependent on the rules of the country for delivery. Please note we are unable to process any orders for international delivery that have been placed via the website. Any orders for international deliveries that are placed using this manner will be put on hold until further contact is made with the buyer to cover the correct costs for postage.

Free collection is also available from our address: Unit 1 Colliers Business Park, Colliers Way, Cotgrave, Nottingham. NG12 3HA. Please note same day orders will only be available after 4pm. 


You may cancel orders at any time up to 10am on the morning of your order being collected or dispatched.  In the event that you wish to cancel please contact us on 0115 989 4254, this is the preferred method as we cannot guarantee to see an email prior to dispatch if sent on the same day as dispatch.

We operate our terms in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Due to our products being a food item, we can not accept returns if the seal on the product is broken or damaged.  You are entitled to cancel an order without reason within 14 days of the day you received your order. 

We are unable to accept cancellations for any bespoke/design your own products, or personalised products.  Please contact us before returning a product on 0115 989 4254 or email us at customerservice@gourmetchocolatepizza.co.uk first. Should you wish to cancel an order and receive a full refund, you must confirm this in writing first and return the item to us.

Please be aware that you are liable for the cost of the return of the item, we recommend that proof of postage is obtained when sending.  We are only able to refund for items received back by us, we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights.
