Great customer service

Purchased one as additional birthday gift for grandson who loves pizza and loves chocolate so I thought it would be quite a novel gift. The second chocolate pizza was purchased for grandchildren coming home from Australia over Christmas. Thought it would be fun and didn’t want to miss out. I bought mini pizzas to add a special treat to put in birthday packages for several friends. They went down a storm. Beautifully packaged and the taste was delicious. Made a last minute purchase on behalf of my 11yr old daughter, who'd decided she wanted to buy a personalised chocolate pizza for her brothers 16th birthday. We placed the order & received our confirmation email which suggested it might arrive a day later than expected and was needed by. We emailed to explain and the team came back to us straight away, provided a reassuring response and ensured the gift was delivered in time. It was packaged well and, as the weather was hot, they included a cool pack too. Couldn't have asked for better service, or a better chocolate pizza. It was great to find a different ‘surprise’ to send as an extra for my daughter’s birthday.
