Extremely Poor Delivery Service

Have used the Company on several occasions with no issues. However, this order placed on 6th December which I thought allowed sufficient time for delivery, still hasn’t arrived on 22nd December. & no delivery date yet! Too late for my intended gift and very disappointing. The Company need to sort their Supply Chain out, as it would appear their business has outgrown their despatch capacity. (An order from Denmark has arrived quicker, even going through Border Control!). Finally, I will add, that the product itself has always been first class!

Disappointing

The pizza arrived smashed after being posted in just a normal pizza box with no extra padding. It was to be a christmas present for my son but I obviously couldnt give it. I did request a refund but no sign of it yet. Very disappointing.

Ordered on back Friday deal. 2 weeks later not received still. Poor customer service with differing stories daily! These were ordered in plenty of time as Christmas presents and I had to shop elsewhere. Refu d eventually received. Will not use again.

Nothing like the picture

I ordered this. It took 10 days to arrive. The biscuits were not the same as the picture. Would not buy again.

'WoW'

My family love these gourmet chocolate pizzas. I can select their favourite treats and personalise them too. My grandsons adore them and the eldest actually requests one for Christmas each year. Well priced and exceptionally good. Delivered quickly and well packaged. I send one to my elderly Aunt in New Zealand. She is always so thrilled because she cannot find them there. I highly recommend.

Great present for hot choc fans

My daughter loves the standard hot chocolate bombes as a special treat on a cold evening. These are a great alternative and look great for a gift. They're mostly gone already and apparently taste very nice. They still give you the anticipation of the outside gradually melting before burting to expose the marshmallow. Will definitely get more.
