Chocolate pizzas for Christmas

Product good, totally useless purchase though, as, despite calling the office, they didn’t arrive in time for me to give them to my friends at our book club Christmas meal, despite the fact that they were ordered in good time. Such a shame.

Excellent

I bought this as a novelty Christmas present for my husband. It looked lovely on-line and arrived beautifully presented in the box. Looks just like a real pizza. I cannot comment on the taste yet because my husband so enjoys looking at it, he has yet to open it!!!!

Delicious

I was firstly impressed with the great packaging of the pizza’s large & small that I ordered. They arrived totally unmoved and looked great. The large one was a gift and we enjoyed the two small ones. The chocolate was as smooth as silk and absolutely delicious. Totally recommend these pizzas as beautiful tasting chocolate and a fun change from a box of chocolates.

Disappointed

I bought hot chocolate sticks and Christmas pizza slices and the slices looked very messy, thrown together. I ordered well before Christmas but my order was only delivered just before Christmas and so the children didn’t get their gifts until after Christmas Day as they don’t live near me and It meant I didn’t have enough time to visit them again. I had called to find out where my products were and was told ‘oh they should be being sent today, so they should make it in time for Christmas!!’ There was no real apology for the lateness I was just told that you’d been very busy. As the customer that’s not my issue. If you are selling a product specifically for Christmas then you must make sure that you are geared towards producing enough of the products to the high-standard that I know you usually produce. Very disappointing..

Great present

These chocolate pizza slices made brilliant stocking fillers. The choice of flavours and quality of the sluce was amazing. They didn't last long once opened that's for sure! 😄 would definitely recommend if you're looking for a fun treat. I'll definitely buy again.

Very happy with the presentation

I ordered the star shaped chocolate lollipops and upon arrival I was very impressed with the quality of the chocolate and the personalisation I requested for each lolli. I had reason to email the company as I wanted to add more items to my order and I received a prompt reply which was very polite and helpful. I had no delivery issues and although I haven’t tried the chocolate as the lollies are gifts but I’m sure it will be amazing. I would definitely use this company again.

Everyone seemed to enjoy their chocolate pizzas!!

I brought these as gifts and they went down really well!! The chocolate itself was great which is the main thing. My only frustration was how long delivery took. I appreciate it was during the build up to Christmas, but I placed my order within plenty of time,. Yet as some were gifts for work colleagues I had to make an extra trip into work to deliver the presents which was far from ideal!!

One star for presentation.

Was looking forward to eating this, handmade luxury belgium chocolate. So disappointed. The chocolate tasteless and leaves an oily film in your mouth. Looked at the ingredients; PALM OIL. Wanted to bin rather than eat product but persevered with a slice a day because where was the peanut butter! And the last two slices were the only slices with a very small blob. The buttons had something but you couldn't tell it was raspberry. As I said above I persevered to find the main topping, peanut butter. Due to oily coating this chocolate leaves on the mouth the only way to eat this chocolate was along side a hot drink. For what was paid I myself will be sticking to Holdsworth and Cocoa 49.2 for quality v price balance. Due to this product being tasteless and also tthis company using palm oil. Save our rain forests of South America.

Unreliable

I cancelled and got a refund as my order didn't turn up after more than two weeks (it stated delivery within 2-3 days when I ordered). When I chased, no helpful updates were given, which made me think the items were unlikely to arrive in time for Christmas.

delivery issues

Order placed December 11th and e-mail received to indicate items dispatched, after 1 week (December 18th) as the order had not arrived e-mail sent and reply was that the order was still with them and that the dispatch e-mail was auto generated when the order is received, the tracking info was supplied at this time. On checking the tracking, December 22nd it indicated Royal Mail were waiting delivery from the supplier. E-mail sent with this info and response was that the order must have been lost in transit, to their credit the order was re-sent via DPD with next day delivery, which did arrive. However the order was incomplete (no Choctail). Telephone call made but now closed until after Christmas so e-mail sent. Response to this was " I’ve had a look into our traceability records which show that all items were packed in the order – are you able to double check and confirm that the Choctails were not in the box?". E-mail returned confirming item missing which was then sent via DPD.

Brilliant service

Very prompt delivery. However the item was damaged when received, probably a clumsy driver. I immediately phoned and sent a picture. Within 2 hours I had an email confirming a replacement was on the way. This arrived next day in one piece. The pizza itself was delicious. Will certainly order again and recommend to others.

Perfect Christmas Gift

If you know someone who loves chocolate and Christmas this is the place to come for gifts. I buy my daughter a chocolate pizza here every year and she loves them. This year I also bought a "make your own " version and my grandson loved making it - and eating it of course! Highly recommended.

Extremely Poor Delivery Service

Have used the Company on several occasions with no issues. However, this order placed on 6th December which I thought allowed sufficient time for delivery, still hasn’t arrived on 22nd December. & no delivery date yet! Too late for my intended gift and very disappointing. The Company need to sort their Supply Chain out, as it would appear their business has outgrown their despatch capacity. (An order from Denmark has arrived quicker, even going through Border Control!). Finally, I will add, that the product itself has always been first class!

Disappointing

The pizza arrived smashed after being posted in just a normal pizza box with no extra padding. It was to be a christmas present for my son but I obviously couldnt give it. I did request a refund but no sign of it yet. Very disappointing.

Never received

Ordered on back Friday deal. 2 weeks later not received still. Poor customer service with differing stories daily! These were ordered in plenty of time as Christmas presents and I had to shop elsewhere. Refu d eventually received. Will not use again.
