Best before label out of date
Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I completely understand your disappointment with the mix-up on your order, especially as it was for your big day. Unfortunately, this has simply been a case of human error. Please, rest assured that each and every wedding order that comes through our website is made freshly upon request, and therefore your favours would have had a minimum shelf-life of at least 9 months based upon your chosen flavour selection. However our best before labels are manually set-up and ticketed by hand, and in this case we've failed to update the year so it should have read 20/04/2020 not 2019, for which I can only apologise for. Following our previous contact with you on this matter, we have since updated our procedures to ensure this doesn't happen again and have processed a full refund.
