Smores Dip

This Smores Dip is so easy, you'll be wondering why you never tried it before! 

Just take three ingredients and a selection of fruit and biscuits to dip and you'll have a tasty after dinner treat, ready in under 20 mins, that's perfect for Bonfire Night and beyond!


  • 200g milk chocolate buttons
  • 2 tbsp full-fat milk
  • 350g mini marshmallows
To serve:
  • 100g biscuits
  • A selection of prepared fruit pieces for dunking

1. Add the chocolate, milk and 200g of the marshmallows to a small ovenproof frying pan and set over a low heat until melted and smooth. Add the remaining marshmallows in circles, so that the whole surface is covered.

2. Grill on high for 1-2 mins until the marshmallows are toasted. Serve with the biscuits and fruit for dunking.
