Great birthday present for my son in hospital

All end’s well

Ordered for my 14 year old grandson unfortunately first one arrived smashed up but as soon as I got in touch with customer service they quickly responded and sent out a replacement 👏 very good service. It’s the second time I’ve used gourmet chocolate pizza and both grandsons have been excited at receiving them they make a very nice different celebratory gift.

We are so pleased that you reached out to us straight away so we could put right the pizza arriving broken. It is really important to us that our products arrive in the same perfect condition that they leave us, but we do know that on occasions, the do get damaged in transit. With photographs we always aim to get a replacement on its way asap and we are so please to see that your Grandson enjoyed your gift.

Super birthday gift

This was a gift which I had delivered so can’t comment on the taste etc, however it arrived in time and I was kept informed about delivery. It would have been good if I could have personalised the actual pizza with a number and also quite expensive so only 4 stars.

Thank you for your feedback. If you were to order from us again, we do have the option to add your own personalisation to any of our pizzas via the Bespoke tab on the website. If you then select the Personalised option, you are then able to add your own wording, of up to 24 characters, to the central chocolate plaque.

Bought this for my 14 year old grandson for his birthday and yesterday as he threw the packaging away he said “Nan, I loved this chocolate pizza it was great, the chocolate was delicious ”. No better recommendation I would think, will definitely use The Gourmet Chocolate Pizza Company again.

I bought this for a birthday present for a friend who loves chocolate. Made a change from the usual box and looked great. They really were surprised and loved it so I will be back for more. Cannot buy these in the shops

Service ✔️ Product 😑

This product looks fantastic and was a really unique gift for a friend. The online service was easy and the delivery was very fast. However, everyone who had a slice agreed that the product tasted like cooking chocolate. It wasn’t the best flavour.

Perfect delivered gift

Bought this as a birthday gift for my son who is a student in Leeds as couldn’t send traditional cake etc. All aspects of order and delivery were good and he was delighted with the gift. Would recommend!
