An update on our services
Coronavirus seems to have become part and parcel of our everyday lives here in the UK, so as we continue to navigate these difficult times we are constantly reviewing our procedures to ensure we can offer you a seamless customer experience, whilst taking take care of our staff and close colleagues, like our delivery drivers.
With that in mind, we want to tell you about some of the steps we have taken so far:
- We are holding regular reviews with our internal teams, ensuring we maintain the highest possible standards in food hygiene in line with our latest five star food hygiene rating.
- We have re-introduced our shift system for our kitchen staff, to ensure we can obtain the maximum output whilst still observing social distancing measures.
- As a company, we are adhering to all current recommendations from the Dept of Health and the World Health Organisation (WHO).
We are asking all customers who wish to use our Click & Collect service to remain in their vehicles and call us upon arrival so we can ensure a contact-free pick up.
- Thinking ahead, we are aware that our ability to deliver to our customers is dependent on a number of delivery organisations. Whilst every effort will be made to continue to supply and deliver your gifts on time, if there should be any reason where this is not possible we will, of course, keep you updated regarding any unforeseen delays.
