Ordering & Delivery

When ordering through the website please specify a delivery date, the earliest delivery date will be 3 days from date of order placed.

Delivery:

National delivery is available to most UK mainland destinations. Orders for international delivery please contact us directly.

Standard delivery is offered on single pizza orders only, and is a 4 day delivery service using Royal Mail first class post. We will despatch two days before the given date and the pizza may arrive the next day or the following, but we are unable to guarantee the arrival date due to not using special delivery service, if you do wish for this we are pleased to offer our gold service detailed below. Our chocolate pizzas have a long shelf life allowing you to use our standard service, and have delivery a few days before a particular date to avoid disappointment. If no one is in to take the parcel, it will be taken back to the nearest Post Office depot and a card left for your collection of the parcel.

Gold standard delivery is a 3 day delivery service. This service is Monday to Friday only and deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm, orders made on a Friday will be despatched on a Tuesday at the earliest. If no one is available to accept the parcel, another delivery attempt will be made the next day and a card will be left. If no one is available on the second attempt the parcel will be returned to ourselves. In this event if you wish the parcel to be sent out again, there will be a new additional delivery charge incurred. Courier deliveries are made any time during the day, for this reason please consider if a work address for delivery may be better than a home address. If you wish the parcel to be left with a neighbour, or in a porch etc, please make a note of this in the delivery instructions message box.

We cannot guarantee the parcel will be left as per instructions but we do pass the information on. Our courier service is run by DPD ( formerly Parceline ) and have a policy that a note be left for the delivery driver with leaving instructions and a signature on, he will remove this and take it with him. Royal Mail have a policy to return the parcel to the nearest depot, although we do put the instructions on the parcel in the event that they may leave it.

We do not make deliveries on a Saturday. Deliveries are made any time during the day, for this reason please consider if a work address for delivery may be better than a home address. If you wish the parcel to be left with a neighbour, or in a porch etc, please make a note of this in the delivery instructions message box.

Delivery costs are as follows: Singe order pizza £5.50 standard delivery OR £7.50 Gold service (next day), 2-6 pizzas £7.50.

You can collect your order from us directly, at Unit 8, Manvers Business Park, High Hazels Road, Cotgrave, Nottingham, NG12 3GZ or from one of our collection points:

Scotts ( Newsagents ) - Melton Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 6ET
Flower Bay ( Florists ) - Trent Boulevard, Lady Bay, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 5BB

Scotts and Flower Bay are designated collection points for your convenience, they do not hold stock. Orders should be placed with us directly first and the pizzas are taken once daily to these collection points.

We wanted to develop a new chocolate idea that everyone and every age can enjoy, we think we've done it with chocolate pizza ! These are great for parties, staff room birthdays, family presents and so much more. We are just a little team doing something we really enjoy.
